The scratching roller RollScratcher® is a tool that allows the effect of scratching, or also of anti-skid effect on natural stone surfaces (marble, limestone, and granite). This tool allows it to be adapted to any conventional bridge saw machine or even through the adaptation of an ISO toll holder to a CNC machine. The inserts used in the RollScratcher® models manufactured by Iberdin® are high quality tungsten carbide inserts (for marbles or limestones) or PDC polycrystalline diamond (for very abrasive granites or stones), which allows them to have a high performance and therefore great wear resistance.

Its inserts are easy to replace with the possibility of using up to 8 times in the case of inserts for marble or limestone. This possibility is justified by its square shape, thus allowing the use of its 8 vertices as soon as it is justified due to its natural work wear. In the case of the insert for granite or very abrasive stones, you can use it up to 4 times, since the corners of the insert, in PDC, are only present on one side of the insert.
